At times when it is necessary to limit person-to-person contact, you can still arrange neighbourhood help in your block or community.
An easy way for any resident to help when going to a grocery store or pharmacy, is to bring food and supplies for those who cannot get out because visiting the store could be too risky (elderly, chronic patients, etc…). Anyone who needs help would just write down what they need in the table and the residents who go to the store will bring it to the block or neighbourhood.
This link contains a notification for residents, guidelines and a table. You can paste this on the bulletin board and also leave a notice l at the entrance, the elevator, etc. in your block to make it easier for neighbours to get help. Be sure to inform those who are not leaving the apartment, as well!
